Structa is a platform that connects property owners with construction professionals through quantitative metrics and evidence-based community verification. We provide risk reduction for property owners and qualified leads for professionals.
When we talk about "our platform" we mean our review platform, website, mobile app and any related services provided by Structa, including all information, reviews, metrics, and content contained within.
By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Structa.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Note: By posting content, you grant Structa a license to display, distribute, and use it on our platform.
We collect and generate data relating to your use of our platform, including metrics, analytics, and insights derived from your content and usage patterns.
All rights to this platform activity data belong exclusively to Structa. We may use this data to improve our services, develop new features, and conduct analyses.
Future paid services may be offered through Stripe or other trusted payment providers. All payment terms will be subject to additional terms and conditions provided at the time of transaction.
Professionals participating in our revenue-sharing model agree to terms outlined during onboarding, including commission rates and payment schedules, processed via trusted providers like Stripe.
We cannot guarantee that our platform will be error-free or available at all times. Our platform is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
Except where restricted by law, we will not be responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you is limited to £100.00 (One Hundred British Pounds Sterling).
You agree to indemnify Structa and our directors, officers, and employees for any third-party legal proceedings arising from your unlawful use of our platform or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms or modify our platform at any time for business or operational reasons. Changes to terms apply immediately upon posting, and it’s your responsibility to review them regularly.
Any disputes arising from these terms will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unsuccessful, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We aim to comply with WCAG accessibility standards to ensure our platform is usable by users with disabilities.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
